Make a Payment

Choose this "Pay Now" button to use PayPal to pay us with your Credit Card or Debit Card, or with your PayPal account. 

If you are paying on someone else's account be sure to enter their name or account number (found on the upper right of the statement) so we can credit the correct account.

If you don't want to pay with a PayPal account be sure to choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the Pay with PayPal page.

If you already use PayPal you may also opt to simply login to your PayPal account and "Send Money" to Info@DoctorAmyPugh.com.
