We require payment at the time of service. However, sometimes the amount we collect varies from what ends up actually due for various reasons, like insurance and other parameters beyond our control, which means we may need to request a payment.
In late 2025 we began sending payment requests to patients via text message or email. If you have received such a message you can pay directly from the message, or you can click the "Make a Payment" button below, where you can login and see how much you owe, along with the last 90 days of procedures.
If you would prefer to receive paper statements by regular mail please let us know! Keep in mind we are now passing along a $1.50 billing charge for mailing statements since this is our cost for this service. There is no charge for payment requests we send by text or email.
If your balance is $150 or more and you would like to make payments over time, you can opt to do so while making a payment. Just choose "Affirm" instead of paying with your card, and you can either click "Learn more" to see more about it, or just click to pay and follow the instructions to securely complete the steps for signup.
